PLASMA-INJECTOR: PILOT TEST

The Plasma-Injector odor control solution in 3 steps:

  • Pilot test at your site to determine odor reduction as a function of energy.
  • Calculate Stack Dilution as a function of the distance from your stacks. Emission parameters: airflow, temperature, stack height, etc.
  • Dispersion modelling: calculating the distance from your stack of the Odor-Isometrics with the Detection Threshold (1 odour unit/m3) before and after treatment.

B= treated after Plasma-Injector 2,000 ou/m3

Step 2: Calculate Stack Dilution

Step 3: Dispersion Modelling of Detection Threshold (DT=1 ou/m3) before and after treatment with Plasma-Injector.

- A: Untreated airflow 17,000 m3/h (10,000 cfm) and odor concentration 20,000 ou/m3. The average radius from the stacks = 4,000 meter.

- B: Treated air. Odor concentration is 2,000 ou/m3 is 90% efficiency at 6 kW. The average radius from the stacks = 500 meter
